The hotel was an ideal choice for a comfortable stay with its fabulous view over the busy Puerta del Sol. The rooms offer a fantastic overlook of all of Puerta del Sol, creating a special ambiance. The friendly service, especially from Jorge, was exceptional, enhancing the overall experience. The central location provided easy access to all the amazing attractions in Madrid, while the dining experience, albeit not included in a preferential rate, was satisfactory. The facilities ensured a pleasant stay with its amenities.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and modern with a great view overlooking Puerta del Sol, and the balcony was the perfect spot to relax. What a fantastic hotel! The rooms offer a fabulous view over the busy Puerta del Sol, and with the window onto all the action, you feel like you're right in the heart of Plaza de Sol. The service was exceptional, especially Jorge, the waiter, who made my stay extra special. The location couldn't have been more perfect, in the center of Sol and next to a major plaza.
